Wilma Skaggs

Wilma Jean Skaggs, 83, of Carrollton, KY passed from this life on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at her home.  She entered life in Carroll County, KY on March 23, 1938, to Roy and Mary Cecil Breeden Webster. Wilma Jean was a member of the Family Worship Center and a retired custodian with Garner and Scott Services.

Left to mourn her passing are her husband; Oran F. “Skip” Skaggs, her daughters; Beverly Louise Roy of Carrollton, KY and Debbie (Jerry) Skirvin of Carrollton, KY, her son; Maxie Dudley (Marsha Reese) Moore of Bedford, KY, her sister; Ethel Goff of Verona, KY, three grandchildren; Jason Proctor, Amy (Craig) Froman and Shalayne (Shannon) Wyman, seven great grandchildren; Chanston Wyman, Dean Sylvian, Chaselyn Wyman, Shawna McAlister, Katie McAlister, Kynley Froman and Harley Reynolds, her precious dog, Baby.  She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Virginia Thompson and Mary Wilson, a granddaughter, Cara Skirvin and a nephew, Chuck Wilson.

The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
