Sylvia Hornback

Sylvia Christine (Mahoney) Hornback, age 77, of Worthville, KY passed this life on June 20, 2022 at the Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.  She was born in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY on April 4, 1945 the daughter of Rose Mahoney. She was a member of the Worthville Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Surviving family members include her two daughters: Pam Hornback of Boone County, KY and Cindy Proctor of Worthville, KY,  two sons: Troy Wayne Hornback and Daniel Ray Hornback both of Worthville, KY, three grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and her companion: Daniel Hawkins of Worthville, KY.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a son: Kendall A. Hornback.
