Rebecca Franks

Rebecca Jane Franks, age 57, of Owenton, KY, passed away on August 6, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Edgewood Hospital in Edgewood, Ky. She entered this life on March 4, 1964, in Louisville, KY and was the loving daughter of the late Edward McEndre and Myrtle Moscoe.

Rebecca will be missed by her devoted husband Rondle (Ron) Franks, four daughters, Heather Dawn Robiseaux, of Texas, Amber Alease Robiseaux of Texas, Sara Breanne (Francisco) Chavez of Texas, Jaclyn Nicole Franks of Louisville, KY, three sisters, Vicki Lynn Plew, of Worthville, KY, Nancy Jean Otter, of Carrollton, KY, Sharon (Harold) Dews, of Carrollton, KY, two brothers, Michael Edward McEndre, of Carrollton, Ky, James Mitchell (Patricia) McEndre of Sanders, Ky, and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Gary Wayne, Dennis Ray, Norman Joe, and David Thomas Mefford; and one grandson.
