Kathleen Wallace

Kathleen C. Craigmyle Wallace, 91, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at the Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on October 5, 1927  in Gest, Henry County, KY, the daughter of the late Richard P. Craigmyle and Lou Price Sutherland Craigmyle.  She was a housewife and mother most of her life, but she also helped her husband around the farm raising tobacco and crops.  She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed sewing, cooking, playing the piano and gardening.

She will be missed by her two sons; Richard (Donna) Wallace of Campbellsburg, KY, and Albert Lee (Terry) Wallace, Jr. of Carrollton, KY, two daughters; Norma (Tom) May of Wauseon, OH, and Martha Rabourn of Turners Station, KY, ten grandchildren, several great and great - great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Albert L. Wallace, Sr. on June 21, 2014,  her son; Charles Wallace on June 16, 2002, four brothers; Richard Craigmyle, Jr., Charles Craigmyle, William Craigmyle and Roy Craigmyle, a sister; Fannie Belle Craigmyle Hamilton and a granddaughter.
