Frank Proctor

Frank Edward Proctor, age 59, of Worthville, KY died Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.  He was born in Carrollton, KY on June 27, 1962 to Richard Lee and Elizabeth Ann Bingham Proctor.  Frank was a member of the Worthville Baptist Church and a self-employed mechanic.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles, doing home renovations, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife; Cynthia Ellen Hornback Proctor, three daughters; Tasha Staples of Louisville, KY of Louisville, KY, Christina Hawkins of Crestwood, KY and Jessica Hawkins of Trimble Co., KY, two son; Abel Botkins of Worthville, KY and Richie Hawkins of Worthville, KY, two sisters; Judy Tingle, of Worthville, KY and Jeannie Davis of Ghent, KY and Eleven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers; Richard Proctor, Jr. and Johnny Proctor.
