She leaves behind a cherished family. Her sons, Jimmy Wayne (Stacy) Ball of Wheatley, KY, and Jeromy Lee (Megan) Ball of Louisville, KY, will carry forth her memory with love. Additionally, she is survived by her two step-daughters, Karla A. (Cecil) Beach and Kandy L. Mefford, both of Carrollton, KY, and a step-son, Cam L. (Stephanie) Mefford of Carrollton, KY. Evie's brother, James C. (Donetta) Duvall of Ghent, KY, will remember her fondly. She was a beloved grandmother, leaving a legacy of four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren, who will forever hold her in their hearts.
Evie was preceded in death by her parents, James C. "J.C." Duvall and Sylvia Kathryn Dunavent Duvall, her first husband, Paul Wayne Ball, her second husband, Jerry Lee Mefford, stepdaughter, Carolyn Sue Mefford, her brother, Gary Dwain Duvall, and sister-in-law, Joyce Ann Duvall.
