William Proctor

William O. "Bill" Proctor, age 79, died Thursday, August 11, 2016 at his home. He was born in Trimble County, KY on July 4, 1937 to Harry Tom and Alice Lorine Farley Proctor. He was a member of the Crossroads Church near Bedford, KY and a retired self-employed carpenter, electrician and plumber.
His survivors include his wife; Mable C. Smith Proctor, four daughters; Ruby Lorine Scott of Milton, KY, Teresa Proctor of Milton, KY, Velma Pearl Bladen of Warsaw, KY and Rita Tharp of Carrollton, KY, five sons; Robert Proctor of Carrollton, KY, William Proctor, Jr. of Milton, KY, Jerry Wallace of Ghent, KY, Harold Wallace, Jr. of Worthville, KY and Ronnie Wallace of Bedford, KY, one sister; Mildred Harmon of Bedford, KY and a brother; Robert Proctor of Campbellsburg, KY, seventeen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Don A. Proctor and two brothers; Pete Proctor and Walter E. Proctor.
