Willetta Faye Barnes Ochy, 70, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on June 15, 1944 in Trimble County, KY, the daughter of the late Hubert Barnes and Thelma Ruth Sullivan Barnes. She was a homemaker and attended Carrollton Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Tessey Taylor of Owenton, KY, and April Wilhoite of Cynthiana, KY, two sons, George Taylor, Sr., of Carrollton, KY, and Walter Taylor of Bedford, KY, two sisters, Lillian Smith and Dora Frazier, both of Carrollton, KY, her step-father, Oscar Cook of Carrollton, KY, ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, Janet Eversole, Martha Barnes, Jennie Long and Elizabeth McGuire, two grandchildren, Latina Renee Taylor and Estill Hill.
Cremation has been chosen by the family with burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
