He peacefully passed away on January 1, 2024, in Warsaw, Gallatin County, Kentucky. Walter was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of many.

Walter's remarkable career began when he started working at Dow Corning Carrollton Site with Harris Farms. Throughout his years of dedicated service, he worked as an industrial cleaner and on the fire watch crew until his well-deserved retirement with the Service Crew.

He attended Ghent Elementary School and proudly graduated from Carroll County High School in 1975. He cherished the friendships made during his school days and maintained these connections throughout his life.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Walter served on the Ghent Fire Protection District for many years. His commitment to protecting and serving his community was commendable and greatly appreciated by all who knew him.

Outside of work and public service, Walter had a variety of hobbies and interests that brought him joy. He found solace in fishing and spending time on the river, allowing him to appreciate nature's tranquility. Billiards also held a special place in his heart as he enjoyed friendly competition with friends and family. As an avid University of Kentucky Basketball Fan, he cheered passionately for his favorite team during each season.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Cornelia Lloyd Beach; his former wife and the mother of his children, Juanita McKinney Beach; four sisters: Margaret Louise Griffith, Connie Jones, Christine Burgess, and Emma Jean Beach; a brother, Samuel Franklin Beach; as well as one grandson named Gage Fisher.

He is survived by his loving children: Tommy Dale Beach of Carrollton, KY; Walter Allen Beach, Jr. of Ghent, KY; and Crystal Lynn Beach of Ghent, KY. Walter was also blessed with the presence of two sisters, Kathy Lynn Beach Jones of Crescent Springs, KY, and Edna McIntyre of Sparta, KY.
