Timothy Scott Harris, born on January 9, 1958, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on July 21, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was 68 years old.
Tim, known for his warm spirit and enduring presence, will be remembered as a devoted father, brother, uncle, colleague, and friend.
Tim dedicated more than a decade to his professional role as a valued member of the Inside Sales Team at The Macomb Group in Ghent, Kentucky, prior to The Macomb Group, he was employed with Plumbers Supply in Louisville, KY for 30 years. His colleagues recall his unwavering commitment, integrity, and the camaraderie he brought to the workplace each day. Tim's work ethic and collaborative nature left a meaningful impression on those lucky enough to work alongside him.
A spirited fan of the University of Louisville, Tim rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite basketball and football teams. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he found great joy in following every season’s triumphs and challenges. In his leisure time, Tim could often be found with a fishing rod in hand, enjoying a round of golf, or savoring the thrill of horse racing—pastimes that brought him relaxation.
Tim's kindness, humor, and sense of loyalty touched many lives. He is survived by his daughter, Anna Criswell; his sister, Marian (Tom) Harris Brinley; his dear friend and close colleagues, Selena Carli , Warren Hill and Micah Barr; and several nieces and nephews. Tim's memory will also be held in the hearts of his extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he brightened.
He is reunited in peace with his father, Harlan Lloyd Harris; his mother, Rose Bessie Harris; and his brother, Thomas Lloyd Harris, who preceded him in death.
Details of services to honor Tim's life are not provided at this time, a celebration of life will be at a future date. His family and friends invite all who knew him to hold his memory close in their hearts.
