Ruby Evelyn - Mae Rex, of Carrollton, KY., died on June 14, 2009 at her residence in Carrollton, KY., at the young age of 3 years.
She is survived by her mother; Amanda Calvert of Carrollton, KY., her father; Vincent Rex of Louisville, KY., two brothers; Xavier Rex and Michael Simpson both of Carrollton, KY., a sister; Ashlynn Simpson of Carrollton, KY., her mother's boyfriend; Jody Simpson of Carrollton, KY.
Memorial Services were conducted on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Apostolic Church of Carrollton with the Rev. Samuel Grathler officiating the service.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

No Visitation is planned.

Memorial Service - 11:00 A.M. - Friday - June 19, 2009 at the First Apostolic Church of Carrollton.
Interment
Cremation was chosen by the family.
