Ronald William Kornewald, 52, of Carrollton, KY, formerly of Decatur, IL, died on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at his residence in Carrollton.
He was born on April 18, 1962 in Decatur, Macon County, IL, the son of Ronald Otto Kornewald of Decatur, IL, and Darlene Mae Jones Pevler of Decatur, IL. He was a self-employed Electrician. He was a lifetime member of the A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his parents, his wife, Christine Lee Reinhold Kornewald of Carrollton, KY, his daughter, Danielle Wetherald of Hobe, FL, his son, Dustin Kornewald of Decatur, IL, a step-daughter, Corinne Kelley of Owenton, KY, a brother, David Lynn Rogers of Decatur, IL, a sister, Tammey Kay Grandon of Decatur, IL, and five grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 10:00 A.M the Relevant Church in Carrollton, KY, with the Rev. Rusty Bennett officiating the service.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
