Robert Taylor

Robert Ezie "Bob" Taylor, 70, of Milton, KY, died on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at his residence in Milton, Trimble County, KY. He was born on May 3, 1945 in Oberlin, Allen Parish, LA, the son of the late Ezie Taylor and Margaret Patrick Taylor. He was retired from Steel Tech as a Maintenance Electrician and he also enjoyed Farming. He was a member of the Carrollton Masonic Lodge #134 F. A. M. and had served as Past Master. He had volunteered at the Kentucky Sheriff's Boys and Girls Ranch. He had proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He is survived by two son's, Brian (Sherry) Taylor of Turners Station, KY, and Darren S. Taylor of Carrollton, KY, a brother, Kenneth (Wylene) Taylor of Oberlin, LA, and a sister, Marilyn (Allen) Bocanegra of Royce City, TX, three grandchildren, Bryan, Chasity and Trenton Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Second Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. at the Allen Parish Funeral Home, 119 South 7th Street, Oberlin, LA 70655. The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Allen Parish Funeral Home. Burial will be in Durio Cemetery in Oberlin, LA. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Kentucky Sheriff's Boys and Girls Ranch or the Carrollton Masonic Lodge #134 F. & A.M. in care of the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
