Richard Walls

Richard Walls, age 65, died Thursday, April 20, 2006 in Augusta, GA. He was born in Wheatley, Owen County, KY to Stuard and Nanny D. Crutcher Walls who preceded him in death. He was a carpenter for Rich Construction in Verona, MS, a Baptist and a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include 2 sons; Roy Walls of Hollywood, AL and Bradley Bishop of South Carolina, 3 daughters; Angela M. Walls of Jacksonville, FL, Heidi Nichols of Tequesta, FL and Bethany Krehl of Amarillo, TX, sisters; Dorothy Burgess of Carrollton, KY and Elizabeth Ritch of Vevay, IN, brother; Roger Walls of Shannon, MS, 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Brandy Bishop, sons; Michael Stewart Walls and Ritchie Walls, sister; Hazel Ritch, brothers; David P. Walls and James Burton Walls.

Military Honors will be conducted at the graveside by the American Legion Post #9 of Madison, IN

Arrangements are being handled by the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
