Rev. James Flynn

January 24, 1955 — April 25, 2005

Rev. Flynn was born in Scottsburg, Scott County, IN to Thomas Flynn and Georgia Flynn. His father Thomas preceded him in death. He worked for 13 years in the maintenance department of Dayton-Walther and is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He is an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International currently serving as a missionary to the Republic of Gerogia (part of the former Soviet Union) and a member of the Carrollton United Pentecostal Church. Rev. Flynn is a 1974 Graduate of Southwestern High School in Hanover, IN and attended the Apostolic Bible Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

He is survived by his wife, Christie Lane Duncan Flynn, his mother, Georgia Flynn of Scottsburg, IN, his mother-in-law, Sharon Duncan of Madison, IN a half-brother, Kenneth Dishon and a half-sister, Mary White, both of Lexington, IN and several nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Officiating his funeral services will be the Rev. Robbie Knox and Various Ministers of the United Pentecostal Church International.

Fairmount Cemetery in Madison, IN
