In loving memory of Norine Eda Stark:
Norine Eda Stark passed away on March 18, 2024, in Carrollton, Kentucky, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be cherished by those who knew her. She was born in the bustling city of Bronx, New York, on July 1, 1949, to her loving parents Leo Engel and Blanche Sinher Engel.
Norine dedicated many years of her life to serving others through her career at the Social Security Administration as a claim representative. Her commitment to helping people navigate the complexities of social security benefits touched the lives of many and left a lasting impact on her colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Norine found joy in simple pleasures. She had a passion for watching TV shows that brought laughter and entertainment into her home. One of her favorite pastimes was delving into ancestry searches, connecting with her roots and uncovering the stories of generations that came before her.
Norine will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her beloved daughter Jennifer Baurley of Scottsburg, Indiana; two grandchildren, Sarah Breeding and David Wagner; great-granddaughter Madelyn Haley; as well as her sister Bonnie Correa of New York. Although she may no longer be with us, Norine's spirit lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
As we mourn the loss of Norine Eda Stark, let us also celebrate a life well-lived—a life filled with kindness, compassion, and love. May she rest in peace knowing that she was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
No formal services are planned at this time and the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
