Nadine Noe
August 25, 1922 — November 9, 2012
Nadine was born in Henry County, KY to Frank and Mary Ellen Tingle Robbins, who preceded her in death. She was a retired cook in the Carroll County School System and a member of English Christian Church.
Survivors include 2 daughters - Juanita Jean Washburn of Port Charlotte, FL and Donetta Kay Duvall of Ghent, KY and 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband - Clarence Melvin Tolliver, her second husband - Russell V. "Sam" Noe, 4 brothers - Roy, Herley, Floyd and Gilbert Robbins and 3 sisters - Edna Dunn, Christine Robbins and Anna Grace Robbins.
