Marilyn Rhea Rassman

Marilyn Rhea Rassman, born on August 27, 1946, in Carrollton, Carroll County, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, in Warsaw, Gallatin County, Kentucky. A devoted compassionate healthcare worker, Marilyn dedicated her life to caring for others. Throughout her career, she worked in various long-term care facilities and made a significant impact as a home health aide providing comfort and support to those in need.

Marilyn was known for her remarkable ability to brighten the lives of those around her. Her passion for making floral arrangements was a reflection of her vibrant spirit, and she often participated in community events that showcased her creative talents. Additionally, she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren, always finding joy in their laughter and milestones.

She is survived by her two sons: Allen Rassman of Carrollton, KY, and Norman Rassman (Caroline Glacken) of Sanders, KY. Marilyn also leaves behind a sister, Erma Jo Willhite of Bedford, KY, six grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren who will carry on her legacy of love and kindness.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Jessie Frances Coombs Tingle, her son, Joey L. Rassman, and her daughter-in-law, Tonya Rassman. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew her, as she leaves behind a lasting imprint on the hearts of her family and friends.

At her request, no formal services will be held.
