Lutisha D. Andrew, 90, of Carrollton, KY., died on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the Green Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, KY.
She was born in Carroll County, KY., on February 14, 1919 the daughter of the late Ess and Kitty Walters Smith. She was a retired rip saw operator at the former Carroll County Furniture Factory. She was a member of Carrollton Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by her son William Meadows and daughter in-law; Jeanelle of Biloxi, MS., two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Elmer Anderson, two son's Wayne and Cody Meadows, a sister; Mary Smith Wood, two brothers; Ben and Vernon Smith.
A graveside was at 2:00 P.M. - Thursday - December 3, 2009 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. Cremation was chosen by the family.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
