Linda Franklin

Linda Carol Franklin, 62, of Ghent, KY, died on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at her home in Ghent, KY.

She was born on February 17, 1960, in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Hershel H. Smith and Alma Jean Newsome Smith.  Linda was a housewife and homemaker; she was of the Baptist faith.

Linda will be missed by her husband, Jimmy Franklin of Ghent, KY, a daughter, Shayna (Aaron) Robbins of Worthville, KY, two sons, James Franklin, and Matthew Franklin, both of Ghent, KY, a sister, Judy Ann Smith of Ghent, KY, and a brother, David Lee Smith of Worthville, KY, and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father on March 27, 2015, and her mother on October 13, 2016.

Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
