Leona Harmon

Leona Harmon, 89, of Lexington, KY., formerly of Carrollton, KY., died friday, February 29, 2008 at Cambridge Place in Lexington, KY.
She was the daughter of the late Benji & Bessie (Smith) Skirvin. Leona was a Baptist and a Homemaker.
Surivivors include three half sisters; Ella Frances Wright and Wanda Licklider of Carrollton, KY., and Sue Downey of Port Royal, KY., two brothers; Jerry Skirvin of Carrollton, KY., and Kenneth Skirvin of Indianapolis, IN., a daughter in-law; Carolyn Corbett of Owenton, KY., three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband; Emory Corbett, 2nd husband; Elmer Harmon, son; William "Bill" Corbett and a half brother; Sam Skirvin.
Arrangements are entrusted by the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
