Kelsey Lynn Tugend, age 12, died at her home on Sunday, December 26, 2004.
Kelsey is survived by her mother and step-father, Stacy Lynn and Jeremy Plambeck, her father, Richard W. Tugend, Jr. of Campbellsburg, KY. Also by a brother, Nathaniel Bryce Tugend of Carrollton, a half brother, Richard W. Tugend, III of Campbellsburg, a step-brother, Joshua Thomas Plambeck of Ventura, CA, a step-sister, Briahan Lyn Plambeck of Ventura, CA, her maternal grandparents, Teresa and Don Kindoll of Carrollton, paternal grandparents, Richard and Catherine Tugend of Campbellsburg, step-grandparents, Vern and Randa Gill of Oxnard, CA, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was a member of First Apostolic Church in Carrollton.
Services will be officiated by Rev. David Wilson and Rev. Samuel Grathler.
