Julia Ann Power Hartman

Julia Ann Power Hartman, 90, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026, at Signature Health Care in Carrollton, Kentucky. Born on August 12, 1935, at the Power Family Farm in Campbellsburg, Kentucky, Julia’s life was deeply rooted in the values and traditions of her family and community.

Julia devoted many years of her career as a Program Assistant for the A.S.C.S. Office in Henry County, Kentucky, where she was known for her dedication and commitment to serving others. Beyond her professional achievements, Julia cherished her life on the family farm, which was a central part of her identity and a place where many fond memories were made. 

A faithful and very active member of English Christian Church, Julia found joy and purpose in her involvement with the church community. Her dedication to her faith was evident in her participation in various church activities, reflecting the deep spiritual commitment that guided her throughout her life.

Julia was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Boyd Thomas Power and Nellie Berry Power, and her husband, Robert Hartman, Jr., and a brother, Marvin Berry Power. She is survived by her nephews, Tom (Diane) Power of Coolidge, Arizona, and Steven Power of Dunlap, Illinois. 

Julia Ann Hartman’s legacy is one of hard work, faith, and devotion to her family. She will be remembered for her quiet strength, her kindness, and her unwavering commitment to those she loved. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00 A.M.  Interment will take place in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. A time of food and fellowship will be held at English Christian Church following the service. 

 In lieu of flowers, Memorial gifts may be given to English Christian Church.
