Judith Ann Lowe Miller, 72, of Augusta, GA, formerly of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, November 27, 2015 at her residence in Augusta, GA.
She was born on December 7, 1942 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Elbert Lowe and Mary Helen Wilson. She was a former Deputy Jailor at the Carroll County Regional Detention Center in Carrollton.
She is survived by her son, Michael Lane Collins of Mitchell, IN, a grandson, Jacob Anthony Collins and grand daughter, Michaela Collins, both of Mitchell, IN, and a sister, Patti Lowe Burgess of Perry Park, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John Miller.
All Services will be private for family only at a later date.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
