John Scott Tilley, 48, of Ghent, Carroll County, KY, died on Monday, March 10, 2014 at his residence in Ghent, KY.
He was born on January 4, 1966 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY., the son of John P. Tilley and LaVerne Hunter Tilley of Carrollton, KY. He had been employed in the Construction industry. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton.
He is survived by his parents of Carrollton, KY, a son, J.D. Tilley of Carrollton, KY, three sisters, Marketta Brock of Carrollton, KY, Michelle Stewart of Carrollton, KY, and Lynette Tilley of Madison, IN.
Funeral Services were on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with Dr. Chris White officiating the service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the First Baptist Church of Carrollton in care of the funeral home.
Visitation
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home .
