Jemmie Harrell

Jemmie L. O’Steen Harrell, age 67, of Carrollton, KY died Saturday evening at King’s Daughters Hospital in Madison, IN.  Jemmie was born on August 8, 1955, in Jacksonville, Duvall County, FL to Hoke Smith O’Steen and Ila Monteen Cone O’Steen.  She was of the Baptist faith and was formerly employed by Valero Station at I-71 in Carrollton, KY and formerly at Family Dollar in Carrollton, KY. Reading mystery novels was a favorite pastime of hers.

Left to mourn her passing are two daughters: Christie and Jennifer A. Harrell, both of Carrollton, KY, two sisters: Naomi and Jackie.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Charles P. Harrell (5/2010) and two sisters: Gladys Johnson and Allowee Bradstreet.
