Janice Louise Boehnlein, 62, of Milton, KY, died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN.
She was born on May 14, 1954 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of the late Connie Bates and Annie Kathleen Wakeland Bates. She was a graduate of Ahrens Trade High School in Louisville, KY. She was retired from the Central State Hospital in Louisville, KY, as a Activity Therapist. She was a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints in Carrollton, KY.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Joseph Boehnlein, Sr. of Milton, KY, a daughter, Kathleen Louise Foster (Husband Danny) of Madison, IN, three sisters, Susan Kurzi of Lousiville, KY, Yolanda Kathleen Setaccioli of Louisville, KY, and Pamela Yvonne Gilbert of Auburn, GA, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Leslie Renee' Luckett on May 31, 2015, a son, Kenneth Joseph "Joey" Boehnlein, Jr. on July 12, 2010, two brothers, Larry Wayne Bates and Ronald Anthony Bates, and a sister, Connie Sandra Bates.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 1, 2016 from 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Funeral
Funeral Services will be on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Bro. Steve Beach officiating the service.
Interment
A Graveside Service will be on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, KY.
