Herschel Andrew "Andy" Couch, 59, of Sanders, KY, died on Sunday, September 7, 2015 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on April 4, 1956 in Carroll County, KY, the son of the late Herschel Couch and Betty Jean Miles. He had previously worked in Security at Valley Haven Nursing Home in Sanders, KY. He was a member of the Sanders Baptist Church.
He is survived by his companion, Gloria F. Maxwell of Sanders, KY, three sisters, Sharla Couch Thompson of Deputy, IN, Mary Ann Murphy of Warsaw, KY, and Bridgett Couch of Lee County, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Thelma Jean Couch and Jackie Couch, three brothers, Billy Ray Smith, Jerry Alexander and Stevie Couch. .
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Visitation
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Funeral
A Graveside Service will be on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, KY.
