Helen Yvonne Johnson Fitzgerald, age 79, of Carrollton, KY died Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Eminence, Henry County, KY on April 20, 1936 to the late Dewey and Faustina Hawkins Johnson. She was a member of the Pentecostals of Carrollton Church and was retired as an LPN at the Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, KY.
Survivors include her daughters; Candy Dawes (Donnie) of Carrollton, KY and Cindy Parson (Myron Cutshaw) of Carrollton, KY, a son; Steve Fitzgerald of Carrollton, KY, a sister; Wanda Tiller of Carrollton, KY, six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband; Noble Fitzgerald, a sister; Juanita Stivers, three brothers; Donald, Junior and Charles Johnson, and a great grandchild; Maressa Lynae Sanders.

5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday, June 5, 2015 at the church.
Funeral
11:00 A.M. - Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Relevant Church with the Rev. Ronald Tiller and Rev. E.D. Puckett officiating.
