Heather Renee' Adamkiewicz

  Heather Renee’ Adamkiewicz, 44, of Sanders, Gallatin County, KY, passed this life on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, in Louisville, KY, after a lengthy illness.

  She was born on February 17, 1979, in Fort Thomas, Campbell County, KY, the daughter of  Lewis P. Adamkiewicz and Dixie Lee Murphy Adamkiewicz of Sanders, KY.  She formerly worked as a social worker in the Lutheran Church.  Heather was a published poet and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Warsaw, KY.

  Survivors include her parents of Sanders, KY, two brothers; James T. Vrancic of Sanders, KY, and Darin L. Murphy of Nauvoo, AL, and a sister; Paula J. Silverwolf of Sanders, KY.

   In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Baptist Health Hosparus in care of the funeral home.

   Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
