Fred Manica, 57, of Warsaw, Gallatin County, KY, died on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on November 19, 1959 in Shelbyville, Shelby County, KY, the son of the late Claude Manica and Pearlena Higgins Manica. He was a Truck Driver for Suburban Towing in Louisville, KY. He attended the Pentecostals of Carrollton.
He is survived by his three sons, Channing Manica of Warsaw, KY, Chad Manica and Fred Fields, both of Louisville, KY, six brothers, Claude Manica of Middletown, KY, Hayes Manica, Ron Manica and James Manica of Shelbyville, KY, Johnny Manica of Simpsonville, KY, and Gary Manica of Virginia, three sisters, Diane Russel of Crestwood, KY, Bernice Johnson of Indianapolis, IN, Lilley Thompson of Simpsonville, KY, four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the church.
A Memorial will be on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at the Pentecostals of Carrollton with the Rev. Ron Tiller officiating the service.
Cremation has been chosen by the family.
