Emileeta Lawson Johnson, 67, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, January 23, 2015 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on February 7, 1947 in Glencoe, Gallatin County, KY, the daughter of the late Leonard B. Lawson and Evelyn Pearson Lawson. She was a retired Auto Parts Inspector for the former Arvin -Meritor Factory in Carrollton and also served as the Union Representative of U.A.W. #1813. She was a member of the English Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Lee Johnson of Carrollton, KY, to whom she married on April, 1965, a son, Leonard Allen Johnson of Carrollton, KY, a daughter, Christi Lynn Johnson of Carrollton, KY, a sister, Marilyn Sullivan of Carrollton, KY, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jarvis Dean Lawson and Mike Lawson.

Funeral Services were on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with Mr. Ermal Allen officiating the service. Visitation was on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the English Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.

The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Visitation

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.

Funeral

Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with Mr. Ermal Allen officiating the service.

Interment

Burial will be in the English Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
