Elizabeth Lee "Beth" Fornash, 49, of Carrollton, KY., died on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the U of L Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on June 25, 1960 in Covington, KY., the daughter of Thomas "Tom" Fornash and the late Ann Marie O'Brien. Elizabeth was a housewife and a U.S. Army Veteran. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton.
She is survived by her father; Tom Fornash and step-mother; Roberta Fornash of Carrollton, KY.,three son's; Kevin Stump of Louisville, KY., Jeff Briney of Philadelphia, PA., and Sean Rackstraw of Vero Beach, FL., sisters; Mary Rae of Sebastian, FL., Michelle Boyton of Gardner, Mass., Margaret Shoumackir of Sebastian, FL., one brother; Sean Fornash of Hudson, NH., along with two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister; Ann Wiltz.
Memorial Services will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church of Carrollton.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
