Edith Taylor, 90, of Bedford, KY., died on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at the Signature Health Care Center in Bedford, KY.
She was born on October 14, 1921 in Trimble County, KY., the daughter of the late Foster and Pearl Supplee Lawrence. She was retired factory worker from the Teledyne-Wirtz Tube Factory in Carrollton, KY. She held her church membership at the Milton Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, Floyd Thomas Taylor of Campbellsburg, KY., three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Floyd Giltner Taylor, a son, Russell Allen Taylor, four sisters, Ruby Combs, Dorthea Doll, Margaret Smith and Leoma Shobert, two brothers, Thomas and James Lawrence.
A Graveside Service will be held at Noon on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton with the Rev. Ferrill Davis officiating the service. There is no visitation planned, the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements
