Dorothy was born inDecatur, AL to Hugh A. and Mary H. Storie. She was a housewife and a member of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her Daughter; Martha Tilley of Carrollton, KY, 2 sons; Walter Seaward, Jr. of Carrollton, KY and David Storie of Stuart, FL, 2 step-daughters; Mary Sue Fields of Hazard, KY and Mae Reeves of Anderson, IN, 3 step-sons; Kenny Mefford of Carrollton, KY, Johnnie Mefford of Carrollton, KY and James Marshall of Anderson, IN, 3 sisters; Pearl Mahathy and Hazel French of Decatur, AL and Brenda Forbes of Huntington, IN, 2 brothers; Jerry and Calvin Storie of Huntington, IN, 27 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her life partner; Johnnie Q. Mefford, a step-daughter - Shirley Fields, a sister; Virginia Caperton and 3 brothers; James, Wayne and Wesley Storie.
The Rev. Robbie Knox will officiate the services.
