Dorothy Tipton

Dorothy Tipton, 85, of Carrollton, KY, died on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN.
She was born on June 1, 1930 in Ravenna, Estill County, KY, the daughter of the late Millard and Alice Hall. She was a retired School Teacher with the Carroll County, KY, School System after over 30 years of teaching. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her daughter, Sunny Tipton of Carrollton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George Tipton in 1997 and a brother, Caros Hall.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Funeral
A Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Knox officiating the service.
Interment
Burial will be at a later date in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Lexington, KY.
