Doris Welch Bott, age 71, of Carrollton, KY, died Saturday, January 16, 2016 at her home in Carrollton, KY. She was born on July 7, 1944 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY to Robert and Emma Lewellyn Welch. She was of the Baptist faith and was a former employee of Reliance Electric in Madison, IN. Survivors include her two daughters; Tammy (Shannon) Heilman of Carrollton, KY and Tina (Timmy) Miller of Carrollton, KY, a son; Mike Hudson of Florence, KY, a sister; Linda Welch of Carrollton, KY, four brothers; Ron Welch, Donnie Welch, Billy Welch and Eddie Welch all of Carrollton, KY, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren and a dear friend, Dale Rowlett. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Leo Bott, a brother; Robert Welch, Jr. Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Visitation
Visitation will be Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Funeral
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with Dawn Welch officiating.
Interment
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
