Donna Sue Penn, age 70, of Carrollton, KY died Monday, December 21, 2015 at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born in Owen County, Ky on August 19, 1945 to J. B. and Marie Wilson Russell. She was of the Baptist faith, loved bingo, the Oak Ridge Boys and was an avid U. K. Wildcats fan. She was a homemaker.
Her survivors include: her husband; John L. Penn, three daughters; Charlotte (Bobby) Snow of Ghent, KY, Robin (Billy Ray) Childs of Sanders, KY and Virginia (David) Foster of Carrollton, KY, two sisters; Shelley Proctor of Carrollton, KY and Alma Tackett of Seymour, IN, a brother; Richard Russell of Mt. Sterling, KY, six grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister; Mary Delphi Russell.
