Deborah Holley Snow, born on March 14, 1951, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, in Carrollton, Kentucky, at the age of 74. Throughout her life, Deborah embodied dedication and a strong work ethic, effortlessly transitioning through various roles from a devoted stay-at-home mom to engaging in factory work and managing retail establishments. In every endeavor, she brought her utmost commitment, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know her.

Deborah was known for her love of diverse hobbies, which included crocheting, fishing, go-kart racing, gardening, and swimming in rivers and oceans. These interests brought her much joy and rendered her a vibrant spirit among family and friends. Her passion for life was evident in everything she pursued, making her a cherished presence in the lives of those around her.

In her community, Deborah was particularly proud of her involvement with the American Legion Auxiliary, where she demonstrated her unwavering support for veterans and their families. Her commitment to service and community was a testament to her character and will be fondly remembered by many.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband, Melvin "Randy" Snow; her daughter, Bessie (Michael) Howard of Carrollton, Kentucky; her sons, Richard (Jenny) Southworth of Carrollton, Kentucky, and Carl (Christy) Southworth of Springboro, Ohio, her brothers,  Wendall (Lori) Kinman of Carrollton, Kentucky; and Gary (Joy) Kinman of Hanover, Indiana; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Their lives are now enriched by the warmth and love she so generously shared.

Preceding her in death were her father, Emmett Kinman; mother, Bessie Thomas Kinman; sister, Betty Dusch Marsh; and sisters Connie Jean Kinman Owen, along with siblings Paris Dusch, Louis Dusch, and Tommy Kinman, as well as one great-grandchild. The absence of their beloved Deborah leaves a profound void that will be deeply felt by all.

Visitation for Deborah will be held on December 18, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home located at 809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY 41008. A funeral service will follow on December 19, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM.

In celebrating Deborah Holley Snow's life, we remember a woman whose legacy of love, commitment, and strength will forever resonate in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
