David Carroll McDowell, 79, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, November 12, 2021, in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on June 2, 1942, in Madison, Jefferson County, IN, the son of the late Floyd McDowell and Daisy L. Robbins McDowell. David had retired from the State Highway Department from the Maintenance Department.
David is survived by two daughters, Monica McDowell Hicks and Amanda McDowell, both of Carrollton, KY, a son, Anthony McDowell of Carrollton, KY, and thirteen grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
At the family request, no services will be held.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
