August 9, 1940 — May 15, 2005
Manie was born in San Diego, CA to Clarence and Goldabelle Campbell Otter. He was a retired carpenter and member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #9 in Madison, IN. His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Jean Mefford Otter, 2 step-daughters, Shawna Mefford of Lauren, Iowa and Galinda Mefford of Las Vegas, Nevada, 3 sisters, Bernice Bradley and Carolyn Mason of California, Barbara Wittenmyer of Indianapolis, IN, 2 brothers, Charles Shepherd of Indianapolis, In and Jimmie Otter of Turners Station, KY and 8 step-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Hanson, and 2 brothers, Robert Shepherd and Donald Otter.
Graveside services will be officiated by Rev. Scott Miller.
