Christopher Wayne "Chris" Handlon, 39, of Milton, KY, died on Friday, October 30, 2015 at his residence in Milton, KY.
He was born on July 27, 1976 in Madison, IN, the son of the late Larry Wayne Handlon and Veronica Jane "Janie" Briddle Handlon of Milton, KY. He was a 1994 Graduate of Trimble County High School.
He was currently working for North American Stainless in Ghent, KY, in the Maintenance Department. He had previously worked for several years at Clifty Engineering in Madison, IN, as a Tool and Die Maker.
He enjoyed riding four wheelers, fishing, kayaking and spending time at the cabin with his family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his daughter "Mattie", showing her how things worked around the farm, and "Mattie" enjoyed being Daddy's Girl.
He is survived by his wife, Gwen Banks Handlon of Milton, KY, his daughter, Matelyn "Mattie" Handlon of Milton, KY, his mother, Veronica Jane "Janie" Briddle Handlon of Milton, KY, his sister, Kelli (Vernon) Parrish of Bedford, KY, two nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, his maternal grandparents, Bill and Judy Briddle, and his paternal grandparents, Everett and Sylvia Handlon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Matelyn "Mattie" Handlon Scholarship Fund through Farmers Bank of Milton in care of the Funeral Home.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
