Betty Osborne

Betty L. Osborne, age 78, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

Betty was born on August 22, 1943, in Carrollton, KY to Guy V. and Geneva Lewis Cozine.  She was of the Baptist faith and was a housewife.

Betty’s survivors include; a daughter; Eva Lou Osborne of Madison, IN, three step-daughters; Chandra Osborne of Carrollton, KY, Virginia Osborne (Danny) Wilson of New Liberty, KY and Connie Osborne of Frankfort, KY, three sons; Joe Ratliff of Warsaw, KY, James Ratliff of Warsaw, KY and John C. Osborne of Turners Station, KY, two step-sons; Donald Osborne of New Liberty, KY and Stewart Osborne of New Liberty, KY, brothers; Wilbur Cozine of Warsaw, KY and Randy Cozine of Warsaw, KY, 20 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons; Jackie Ratliff and Guy Ratliff, sister Wanda Faye Broughton and brother; Kenny Cozine.

A joint funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, December 17, 2021, at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Houston officiating.  Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Thursday, 12/16/2021 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Worthville Cemetery, Worthville, KY
