Betty Donath Budd

Betty Donath Budd, age 83, of Carrollton, KY died Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Brazil, Clay County, IN on November 15, 1931 to Harry and Mable York Donath [Robison]. She retired with 21 years of service as the Executive Director of the Newark, DE Public Housing Authority.

Survivors include her husband; Joseph H. Budd, Jr. of Carrollton, KY, three daughters; Branden (Alan) Wagner of Tiffin, OH, Brooke B. (Pat) Butcher of Worthville, KY and Brett Budd of Belleview, OH, a sister; Joan Williams of California and a brother; Donald Donath of Indianapolis, IN and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandbaby, Emma Louise.
