Barbara Southworth

Barbara Ann Southworth, age 83, of Carrollton, KY passed this life on Wednesday morning, August 15, 2018 at her daughter’s home.  She was born in Jefferson County, Indiana on September 8, 1934 to John William and Mary Margaret Hay Smith. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Cole of Carrollton, KY, two sons, Eddie (Angie) Hancock of Lexington, KY and John (Kim) Southworth of Madison, IN, ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Robert Southworth, a sister, Dixie Ford and son-in-law, Kenny Cole.
