Barbara Nieberding

Kay Nieberding, age 75, of Carrollton, KY, died Monday, August 31, 2015 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. She was born in Bracken County, KY to Charles and Alta Fern Biddle Haley on February 26, 1940. Kay worked in the auditing department for Shillito's Department Store for many years, was a housekeeper at Carrollton Inn for a short period of time and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband; Dennis V. Nieberding, her mother; Alta Fern Biddle Woodruff of Carrollton, KY, three daughters; Dawn (Dean Isaacs) Jones of Sand Gap, KY, Deana (James) Johnson of Petersburg, KY and Lori Remley of Covington, KY, a brother; Michael Woodruff of McLean, VA, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren, and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her father; Charles Haley.
