Anna C. Wheeler, 82, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday morning, March 3, 2009 at the Green Valley Health & Rehab. Center in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on August 4, 1926 in Ghent, Carroll County, KY., the daughter of the late Wiley A. and Dorothy (Turner) Mefford. She was a housewife and a homemaker, Anna was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include three son's; Danny, Sonny and Steve Wheeler all of Carrollton, KY., one brother; T.W. Mefford of Carrollton, KY., and two grandchildren; Rodney and Denny Wheeler and three great grandchildren; Dallas, Daniel and Kelly Wheeler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; William D. "Pickle" Wheeler and one grandson; Mike Wheeler.
The Rev. Steven Scherer conducted funeral services at 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 6, 2009 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, KY.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
