Linda Taulbee, 74, of Carrollton, KY, died on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at her residence in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on April 25, 1944 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Chester Leo Moscoe and Alberta Mae Wilson Moscoe. She was the former owner and business operator of the former Ghent Tavern in Ghent, KY. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Family Worship Center in Carrollton. She had been appointed a Kentucky Colonel.
She will be missed by her son, Larry Thomas Chandler of Carrollton, KY, her beloved dog, Sparky, one granddaughter, Leah Chandler of Ghent, KY, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Anthony Moscoe and James Robert Moscoe.
