June Lewellyn

June Davis Lewellyn, age 77, of Carrollton, KY, passed away Thursday morning, September 27, 2018 at the King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison, IN.  She was born on June 21, 1941 in Madison, Jefferson County, IN to Fred (Sr.) and Carlie Stoner Davis. June was the longtime owner and operator, along with her husband Donald, of the Blossom Shop Florist in Carrollton, KY and she was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and a member of the Rebekah’s, Red Hat Society and TOPS.

Survivors include a son, Elmer Lewellyn of Carrollton, KY, a grandson she raised, Kevin R. Lewellyn, Jr. of Carrollton, KY, a sister, Alma Davis of Madison, IN, two brothers, Ronald Davis of Petersburg, IN and Ruben Davis of Madison, IN.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Lewellyn (2012), a son, Kevin R. Lewellyn, Sr. (2010), four sisters, Anna Perry, Ellen Stephens, Carolyn Sentell and Norma Weber, two brothers, John Williams and Fred Davis, Jr.
