James Wolfe

James Edward Wolfe, 81, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at his residence in Carrollton.

He was born on April 2, 1938 in Virginia to the late Joe and Isbabelle Searcy Wolfe.  He had done Carpentry work all his life working in the housing industry and building anything that he could imagine with his Carpentry skills. He will be missed by his wife, Iris Jewell Johnson Wolfe of Carrollton, KY, his son’s, Terry Edward Wolfe and Robert Wayne Wolfe, both of Carrollton, KY, his step-son, Timothy (Wanda) Short of Independence, KY, a step-daughter, Christel Lewellyn of Ghent, KY, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren and twelve step-great grandchildren survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Linda Wolfe Cull and Mary Nell Wolfe Johnson.

Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
